Terms and Conditions for www.lasentopack.be

Article 1: Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the webshop www.lasentopack.be.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Offers and Prices
2.1 All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Shipping costs are €9.95. For orders over €150, no shipping costs apply.

Article 3: Ordering and Delivery
3.1 Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.
3.2 Delivery times are indicative; the webshop is not liable for any delays.

Article 4: Returns
4.1 The customer has the right to return products within 7 days of receipt, at their own expense.
4.2 Returns are only possible if the products are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
4.3 In the event of a return, the customer will not receive a refund but a credit voucher equal to the value of the returned product, valid for 12 months.

Article 5: Complaints and Manufacturing Defects
5.1 Complaints about manufacturing defects must be reported by email within 3 days of receipt of the product.
5.2 If a complaint is justified, the webshop will replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Article 6: Payment
6.1 Payments must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
6.2 The customer is obliged to pay the amounts due on time.

Article 7: Applicable Law
7.1 Belgian law applies to all agreements.
7.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
